The always opinionated Sid Seixeiro joined Breakfast Television in 2021 from Sportsnet, where he made his debut in 2011 as one half of the popular afternoon radio show Tim & Sid on Sportsnet 590 The FAN. After more than three years of “edutaining” listeners on the radio airwaves, Seixeiro and fellow co-host Tim Micallef made the move from radio to television in summer 2015.
Prior to his work on Sportsnet, Seixeiro jump-started his broadcasting career at The Score in 1998 after graduating from Humber College’s radio program. During his 13 years at The Score, Seixeiro worked in a variety of roles including voicing highlights, hosting the nightly highlight show Score Tonight and working on The Score’s soccer broadcasts, The Footy Show and World Cup Tonight. Seixeiro also worked as a field reporter covering Toronto’s four major sports teams – the Blue Jays, the Maple Leafs, the Raptors and the Argonauts during his time at the Score.
Seixeiro currently resides in Toronto with his wife.
